SHIT ! I feel so fat.
I can't control my itchy mouth.
These few days, I ate lesser yet I've gained weight, OMG.

Lesser sweet drinks, more plain water.
Right meals at the right time.
Lesser and healthy snacks.
Have fast food meals once in a nong nong time.
Exercise, at least twice a week, must perspire if not not counted.
